Mission Statement

THEATER FOR A NEW GENERATION is a non-profit organization that dedicates itself to bringing great stories by the most exciting storytellers - past and present - to life. We strongly believe that the actor brings an immeasurable and unique history to the writer's lines, and we want our shows to arouse, provoke and inspire our diverse community.

Felicia "Snoop" Pearson made her TV screen debut as the baby-faced cold-blooded killer of the same name on the HBO series The Wire. Stephen King wrote in Entertainment Weekly, that the TV Snoop is “perhaps the most terrifying female villain to ever appear in a television series.”

Discovered by actor Michael K. Williams (a.k.a. Omar Little) in a Baltimore club.   Pearson delivered riveting performances that are forever implanted in the memories of Wire aficionados.

Since her Wire debut, Felicia has been sharpening her acting skills, appearing in the film Belly 2, directed by Cess Silvera and Must Be The Music, directed by Charles Dutton.

She’s made guest appearances in the Rick Ross video, Here I am and Ace Hood’s Cash Flow video.

Pearson is also an author and penned her biography Grace After Midnight. The inspirational book, which held down the #1 spot at the Essence Magazine Book Club.
